Hello, I'm Jonas

The founder of Leaders of Analytics.

I've dedicated two decades to working in data, analytics, and data science roles, with the last ten years spent as a senior analytics leader.

But my journey to where I am today was far from smooth. Like many data professionals, I am introverted, analytical and perfectionistic.

These traits are invaluable in our analytical roles, but to become a true leader and influencer, you need more.

Despite having the answers, I found it challenging to voice my opinions confidently and struggled with public speaking. As a result, I often faded into the background. You may be able to relate to this experience.

Determined to overcome these hurdles, I dedicated myself to developing communication, influencing, and leadership skills.

After 20 years of consistent effort, I have led large enterprise projects, influenced strategic outcomes, changed the views of stubborn executives, presented to audiences of over 2000 people, won public speaking competitions, authored two books, launched a podcast, and mentored nearly 100 individuals.

My goal now is to help you achieve the same — but at a much faster pace.

Data professionals possess a unique superpower: the ability to see things and uncover insights that no one else can.

But with this power comes great responsibility, particularly when others in the business struggle to understand the potential of data.
